Our Maids Are Instructed Not To Do The Following Points
NO
Eat, drink and/or smoke in the client’s home.
NO
Use the phone, turn on televisions, radios or computers.
NO
Touch or adjust thermostats.
NO
Open drawers or closed doors (any room that the client wants to clean must be open).
NO
Use any cleaning product on television or computer screens.
NO
Remove any item from any client’s home unless it is personally delivered or you leave a note stating it is for the team as a gift or to throw away.
DON'T
Use any customer equipment or supplies unless instructed to do so by the customer. (Some insist we use their equipment/cleaning product instead of ours.)
DON'T
Lift anything heavy or move heavy things such as (sofas, beds, dressers…etc.)
DON'T
Accept or sign for ANY packages that are delivered to the house we are working on.
DON'T
Throw away ANY documents that are not in the trash cans.
- We always work in teams of 2, 3 or 4 people depending on the workplace for their safety and that of the client’s home.
- Our clients take the following into account: If they need to change the bedding they must put it on the bed.
- Check-in or check-out cleaning requires payment by credit card or cash only.
- If for any reason you wish to cancel a scheduled service, please inform our office staff at least 48 hours in advance.
- A $30.00 fee will be charged for any returned check
